Detailed Design & Permitting
Saifco will select a design team that is best suited for the project and will work hand in hand with the team during the design development and detailing of the project until design completion. Then Saifco will submit the plans for the various permitting authorities and follow up the process until securing the necessary permits approvals.
Construction
After permit approvals, Saifco will start construction using top tier subcontractors for the speciality trades and will supervise daily activities and inspections until the successful completion of the project.
