$110 M fertilizer plant at Coffeeville, KS. This an EPC projcet. Mr. Saifan worked on this project as a lead structural engineer responsible for leading a team of structural engineers responsible for the design of foundations, pipesupports and structures for the facility on a fast track bases to suite the EPC process. Also, was responsible for field inspections and coordination to assure conformance with design. This Project was completed by Saifco principal while working for another EPC firm.

The mansion includes four bedrooms, six bathrooms, dining room, famil and living room, exercise room, games room, theater and a large swimming pool. Also includes a private boat dock.
